Changing insurer for basic insurance is an annual right, simple and free of charge.

Key deadline

Letter received before 30 November.

To change insurer as of 1 January, your cancellation letter must be received by the old insurer no later than 30 November. First take out the new basic insurance: it will confirm your membership, then you cancel the old one.
